KEY INGREDIENTS
Cross Styling Copolymers: Styling particles which join or hold hands with each other to create micro-space between hair strands which increase styling fullness.
Vitamin B5: A deep-conditioning B group vitamin which protects hair and skin from dehydration and moisture loss.
Cyclopentasiloxane: A conditioning silicone which adds shine and helps create an easy to brush, workable finish.
Aminomethylpropanol: A shampoo-soluble ingredient which helps prevents styling build-up and residue.
The item is great.
However, the communication is very poor... 2 weeks after placing the order, I sent an email enquiry and asked information about my order. I got an automated response that my my order will be shipped shortly. Another 3 days later, I started a chat on Kentro's website, but never got response. A couple of days later I sent another email, but no response again. Finally I got my order after nearly 3 weeks. My complaint is not about the delivery time, because I can truly understand difficulties. But not informing the customer about the delay and ignoring the enquiries are far from professional.
