The item is great.
However, the communication is very poor... 2 weeks after placing the order, I sent an email enquiry and asked information about my order. I got an automated response that my my order will be shipped shortly. Another 3 days later, I started a chat on Kentro's website, but never got response. A couple of days later I sent another email, but no response again. Finally I got my order after nearly 3 weeks. My complaint is not about the delivery time, because I can truly understand difficulties. But not informing the customer about the delay and ignoring the enquiries are far from professional.
