How can I use it?

Pick up a strip from the sheet using your tweezers.  Apply first to the eyelid, sticking down as close to the lash line as possible. Then stretch the tape to stick down the other end of the strip. Only stretch as much as is needed, and be very careful not to open the client’s eyes. You can check this using your mirror.
